Below is a sample cease communication letter. Use it as a guide and replace the sample information in the brackets with your own. Notice that the letter is short and to the point. Also notice that it doesn't give away information that the collection agency doesn't already have and it doesn't give a phone number. Remember to send the letter by certified mail with return receipt.
